Acrylic Painting Workshop
Great News!
I am now hosting my Acrylic Painting Workshop at Novato Art center in Novato on Saturdays and at Rileystreet Art Supplies in San Rafael on Thursdays. See dates below!
This is monthly on-going class designed to teach beginner or experienced students how to master painting in Acrylics. Students are given a wealth of information regarding acrylic supplies and materials for painting realism or abstraction. At each class I assist each student in the execution and completion of their painting with instructions and demonstrations on color, paint application, color mixing, form and composition. This is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to learn how to paint with acrylics as well as oil painters wishing to transition from oils to acrylics.
Supply List: Please bring brushes, acrylic paints, a reference image or painting you are currently working on, roll of paper towels, paint palette, spray bottle and a 1 gallon bucket.
*When you register I will send you an extended supply list with more information.

Four Saturdays: $200 (limited to 10 students)

Collage Workshop
Collage is a fun and easy way to produce artwork. This class will teach techniques for creating interesting collages that anyone can make. There will be a quick demonstration at the beginning of the class, and you will be assisted while you create your own collages.
Paper, magazine books, cutouts, scissors and glue sticks will be provided. You are welcome to bring any other supplies you wish. Creative ways of cutting out images including utilizing tearing, rollers, Exacto blades and swivel blades for fine detail cutting will be taught. There will be discussions on alternative adhesives such as Mod Podge and acrylic mat medium. Everyone in the class is guaranteed to go home with at least one or two great collages!

Private Classes
Private workshops are a good way to receive concentrated, goal specific lessons geared specifically to your needs, style and genre of painting.
For mutual convenience private workshops are held at the student's studio or home.
1 hour - $95.00
2 hour sessions - $190.00
4 hour sessions - $350.00 (save $30)
8 hour sessions - $700.00 (save $60)
*An initial 30 minute free Consultation Visit may be possible.
*Traveling fee of $25.00 may apply
Hourly sessions can be bunched or scheduled daily or weekly. Classes are scheduled according to availability.
